Hi Team,
Below is the list SWOT analysis I developed to analyze Google. I thought it was pretty difficult considering how well known and established Google is in the U.S. and National market. I think Google is an exciting company because of how many opportunities they have (some of which I mentioned) to expand and grow.
I couldn't figure out a great way to get some of the text fields to expand. I'll email out the .PDF file so everyone can have a copy for their records and see everything I wrote.

Brendan,
Good job! I like the form you made. It makes everything clear.
I agree with your idea about different layout for different customers. People even can design their own layouts. Google can generate some parts to be chosen from. Audiences could add what content they like to the simple page. Google also can add related ads to specific content. Since people choose the part they like, they may not resist related ad as people who like simple page.

I agree with both of you and forgot about that aspect. The more blogs I read, the more about Google I realize I forgot about, things such as Google+, Gmail, even Google Chrome with their integrated favorites in which you can sign on to different computers with and have all your favorites. This make me think that Google can also expand into the cloud business more, especially with their wide variety of applications and mobility, such as Motorola and the nexus 7. I believe competitors such as Apple and Microsoft are investing heavily into integrating this within all their platforms. Perhaps Google has a cloud service, but at this point I am unfamiliar, which means their could be an improvement here.
Add to Dan and Nan point, Your way of sharing SWOT analysis is self explanatory. Thanks. I might be wrong but my two cents , Internally developed computer security can be seen as Opportunity & Weakness of Google which it hasn`t stepped in cyber security market yet. Further data analysis on market size, porter five force model analysis would help to better understand the rivalry exist in cyber security space.
I thought I had commented already on this, but I can't keep up on everything. I happen to like Gmail, but agree that Microsoft Exchange had maintained a very strong grip on the email user market. I think the biggest point to that is that Microsoft offers a comprehensive office suite with Word, Excel, etc. Exchange just happens to follow suit in the programming. Perhaps instead of just email, Google needs to reach into combining a office-like productivity suite for home, student and business applications?
Very good comment by bringing out Microsoft office Kris! I think this is the biggest advantage of Microsoft compare to Google. I hate Hotmail personally(really hard to use and always system breakdown) but I have to say that I use Outlook everyday and cannot live without word, exel, ppt. Maybe turn into office is a big pivot Google needs to think about.
